What should I expect?

Welcome to Pendleton Free Methodist Church. We’ve put together some information here that anticipates and tries to briefly answer some of the questions you may have prior to visiting our church for the first time:

Atmosphere

It's important to us that you feel welcome when visiting. We hope our atmosphere will help you feel relaxed and comfortable. The music and worship are a blend of contemperary and traditional songs. We are glad to have you join us in worship! You will be greeted and welcomed.

Family Friendly

No matter your family dynamics, you're welcome at Pendleton Free Methodist Church and we're excited for you to consider being a part of our church family! Our intent is to serve the whole family. During our worship service we have care available for infants and children.

Teaching

The worship service is a time for us to come together as a community to learn, be encouraged and to be challenged by God's Word. Other opportunities exist beyond the Sunday worship service where members have a chance to grow, fellowship, or otherwise be a part of a Church family that lives out their faith together.

Plan your visit

Pendleton Free Methodist Church is a group of regular people who want to honor our Lord Jesus Christ and encourage each other to grow in our walk with Him

Where should I park?

We have a large parking lot in front of the church and you are welcome to park anywhere. We have designated spots at the front near the door for those who may have trouble walking a long distance. Our whole building is also wheel chair accessible.

Where should I go when I enter the building?

We have greeters located at the doors who would be happy to help you find where you need to go. There is also an Information Center where you can go should you need assistance with anything.

Do you provide childcare?

Clean, well-staffed nurseries for infants and toddlers are provided during all church services. We also have a cry room for any parents wanting to remain with their children during service and still participate. Most services also include a children's church for kids ages 3 to 5th grade that are dismissed after our worship time.

What should I wear?

We are more concerned about you and your presence with us than we are with what you wear. Our atmosphere is casual and welcoming so feel free to wear whatever will help you engage best with our service.
